Group Ministries
Connection Groups:
Our church has a variety of Connection Groups for different ages and life situations. Groups gather regularly to study the Bible, fellowship, and pray. They are a great way to deepen your walk with the Lord, grow as a Christian, and develop Christian friendships.
Available Groups and Time Commitments:

Women of Worship (WOW):
A faith-based group focused on uniting women through a shared lifestyle of praise, spiritual growth, and community service.
Time Commitment: One Saturday a month.
Men’s Ministry:
An opportunity for men to get together to learn about being a godly man and spend time together in fellowship
Time Commitment: A monthly gathering.
Human Care Committee:
Visit shut-ins and the hospitalized, deliver bulletins and devotions, transportation to appointments, send greeting cards, and attend meetings to consider the needs of those inside and outside the congregation and provide spiritual and physical help.
Time Commitment: A meeting every two months; occasional items as able.
Ladies’ AID:
An organization for church women that meets for devotion, fellowship, and discussion about events they support including making Thanksgiving breads, putting together bags for shut-ins, the Cookie Walk, the Berlin Bloodmobile, funeral lunches, and more. They also support three congregational potlucks and lead Bingo at nursing homes.
Time Commitment: A monthly meeting at 1:00 Sept. – May and other occasional commitments.
Lutheran Women’s missionary League (LWML):
Meet for Bible study and to discuss missions; oversees the congregations missions spending. Collects money and supplies to support various ministries in the area and around the world.
Time Commitment: A monthly meeting and other occasional tasks.
Men’s Rec League:
The league is open to men and young men ages 13+ who want to stay active and build friendships within our church and community. We currently play pickup basketball, with hopes of adding other activities in the future. All skill levels are welcome.
Time Commitment: Every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
