Support Ministries

Grounds’ Keeping:

Help around the church & school with landscaping or large outdoor projects.

Time Commitment: A few hours occasionally, as needed.

Funeral Meals:

Led and coordinated by the Ladies Aid, make a side dish and/or serve at lunch after a funeral.

Time Commitment: Varies.

Church Library:

Organize, shelve, and monitor books in the library; advocate for the use of the library in the congregation.

Time Commitment: Varies.

Prayer Chain:

Receive and pass along a call or text as they come up for people who need prayer; pray regularly for those people.

Time Commitment: As prayers come in.

St. John Volunteer Team:

Sharing Christ’s love through practical acts of kindness. Volunteers help fellow members and sometimes people in the community with rides, snow removal, small household tasks, and other needs, offering support, encouragement, and a caring connection within our church family.

Time Commitment: Varies, always volunteer.
